Beef Vegetable Stew

Ingredients

2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning

3 pounds Beef chuck, trimmed

4 Potatoes, cut in chunks

3 Carrots, sliced

1/2 Onion, sliced

1 cup Water

Instructions

Sprinkle 1 tsp Old Bay over beef. Sprinkled remaining Old Bay over vegetables. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for six hours.
