Beef Tenderloin With Raspberry, Blood Orange & Cucumber Salsa

2 blood oranges, sectioned and juice reserved
1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 cup peeled and thinly sliced cucumber
1- lb. beef tenderloin, cut in medallions, grilled or broiled to desired doneness
Blend reserved juice with Wish-Bone® Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette Dressing. Stir in onion, cucumber and oranges. Serve with grilled tenderloin.
