Beef stew

Ingredients

500 g beef
500 g potatoes
200 g tomato salsa
100 g carrots
2 large onions
3 clove garlic
salt, pepper,
hot red pepper
parsley, oil
1 can Campbells onion soup

Instructions

Fry finely chopped onion on the hot oil, add diced meat, salt, pepper, hot red pepper and sliced carrot. Cook for 30 min, adding some water if needed. Add tomato salsa and diced potatoes, garlic and soup. Cook until tender. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
