Beef Jerky


3 Lb. Lean Beef.

1 cup Dark Soy sauce

1/3 cup Packed Brown Sugar

1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder

2 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke

1 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional) makes very spicy hot.


Cut Beef 1/4″ thick. Combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl. Add beef strips and marinate for 1/2 hour. Drain and lay out on dehydrating racks. Rotate racks a few times while dehydrating. Takes about 24 hrs to 30 hrs to dehydrate.
