Beef And Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients

1 cup uncooked instant white rice

1 cup water

1/4 lb. extra-lean ground beef

1 small onion, sliced

1 1/2 cups Green Giant Select? Frozen 100% Broccoli Florets, thawed

1/2 red bell pepper, cut into thin bite-sized strips

2 tablespoons purchased stir-fry sauce

2 tablespoons water

1/2 teaspoon grated gingerroot

Instructions

Cook rice in 1 cup water as directed on package.

Meanwhile, in medium nonstick skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.

Add all remaining ingredients; cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Serve vegetable mixture over rice.
