3/4 lb lean pork tenderloin
salt & pepper
BBQ Sauce: (directions below)
1 cup tomato sauce
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
3 packets Splenda sugar substitute
Slice the pork into 3/4″ slices and pound with a meat hammer until thin. Season with salt and pepper. Grill over hot coals or in a lightly oiled skillet for a few minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Lay slices of pork on plates and spoon over the sauce.
Sauce directions: Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat for 10 min.
