BBQ Cups

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 small bundle of chopped Green Onions or 1 sm. diced Onion
  • 1 small diced Green Pepper
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of Garlic Salt
  • Salt & Pepper for taste
  • 1 small pkg. shredded american or Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tube 10 biscuits
  • 1 tube 5 biscuits
  1. In skillet; brown the ground beef & drain
  2. Return to low heat
  3. Add garlic salt & a couple of shakes salt & pepper
  4. Add green onions & green peppers
  5. Stir in half the bottle of BBQ sauce
  6. Stir in brown sugar
  7. Let BBQ meat mixture simmer. Stir occasionally
  8. Spray or oil a muffin pan. Note: Do not over grease the pan.
  9. Preheat oven to desired oven temperature as stated on the biscuit tubes
  10. Open up the tube of 10 count biscuits & separate the biscuits
  11. Flatten each biscuit in between your hands. Lightly stretch edges of biscuit
  12. Take the flattened stretched biscuit & line one of the muffin cups in the pan
  13. Place one tablespoon of BBQ meat mixture in the biscuit lined muffin cup
  14. Make sure edges of the muffin cup stay lined with the biscuit dough
  15. If biscuit dough does drop after placing meat in cup, simply pull edges back up in place
  16. Repeat process until each muffin cup is lined with flattened & stretched biscuits & filled with BBQ meat mix
  17. Bake according to time stated on the biscuit tube
  18. After baking, sprinkle a thin layer of shredded cheese on top of each BBQ Cup
