Barbequed Brisket

4-5 lb beef brisquet
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 bottle liquid smoke (3 and 1/2 oz bottle)
salt and pepper to taste
3 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
Your favorite BBQ sauce

Trim most of the fat from the brisquet; place in roasting pan and sprinkle with onion, celery and garlic salts, pour liquid smoke over meat and cover with foil. Marinate this overnight and just before baking sprinke the salt and pepper and pour the Worcestershire sauce over this.

Secure foil and bake at 275 degrees for 4 and 1/2 hours. Drain brisquet and top with your favorite Bar B-Q sauce. Return to oven and bake an additional 30 minutes at 275 degrees. Slice or shred and put on buns. I make a pot of pinto beans to go with this. My husband and his friends LOVE this stuff, and I always make this on Super Bowl Sunday. Enjoy!
