Bar-B-Q Pork Loin
1 – 4 lb pork loin
1-½ oz. Templeton rye or 120 proof whiskey
1 cup water
Wrap in foil and barbecue on medium heat for 30 minutes. Remove foil and baste with a mixture of 2 parts horseradish and Dennison mustard plus 3 parts Cookies Regular Bar-B-Q Sauce. After basting continue to barbecue until meat is done to personal taste.
