Bar-B-Q Meatballs
1 lb lean ground beef
½ cup crushed corn flakes
1 Tbsp soy Sauce
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 Tbsp minced onions
6 oz. Cookies Country Blend Bar-B-Q Sauce
1 Tbsp parsley
1 can jellied cranberry Sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Heat ½ can jellied cranberry Sauce, lemon juice, and Cookies Bar-B-Q Sauce. Spoon over meatballs. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Place in fondue pot to keep hot at outdoor parties. Makes 35 meatballs.
