Bar-B-Q Boneless Pork Loin
4 boneless loins, 7-8 lbs each
2 Tbsp Cookies Flavor Enhancer
12 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 – 26 oz. bottle Cookies Western Style Bar-B-Q Sauce
Marinade loins overnight in Cookies Flavor Enhancer. Cook over low heat 225-250º. Position charcoal to prevent flare up. Hickory, Apple or Cherry wood can be used to create a smoked flavor. Cook until internal temperature reaches 160º. Approximately 3 to 4 hours. Remove and brush liberally with Cookies Bar-B-Q Sauce. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.
