Banana Walnut Pancakes


1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 small ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup chopped walnuts


Sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder. In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk and yogurt. Pour liquid ingredients into flour mixture and stir until blended. Add bananas and walnuts. Fry on greased, hot griddle, turning once. Serve with syrup and whipped cream.
