Banana Cake
6 Bananas
2 cups sugar
2 cups sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. Vanilla
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
4 cups flour
3/4 cup vegetable oil (I use Canola)
3/4 cup lukewarm water
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
Instructions
Mash bananas; add sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Sift together baking powder, baking soda, and flour and add to first mixture. Add oil and water. Fold in egg whites. Pour into a 9″x13″ baking pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake 350 degrees for one hour or until a pick comes out clean. Be careful not to overbake.
