Baked squash and cauliflower

Ingredients

1 / 2 piece pumpkin
1 / 2 cauliflower
4 eggs
200 g of sour cream
salt,
oil for frying

Instructions

Cut the pumpkin into small cubes, boil cauliflower in salted water. Put the squash in a baking pan and bake for 20 min, add cauliflower and cover with beaten eggs and sour cream.
