Baked Pork Chops & Gravy

1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons water
6 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups Pepperidge FarmŽ Herb Seasoned Stuffing, crushed
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Franco-AmericanŽ Turkey Gravy
1. Mix egg and water.
2. Lightly coat chops with flour. Dip into egg mixture. Coat with stuffing.
3. Place chops on baking sheet. Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until chops are no longer pink.
4. In small saucepan over low heat, heat gravy. Serve with chops. Serves 6.
