Baked Pork Chops And Stuffing


1 Can Cream of Celery or Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup

4 boneless prok chops, 3/4 inch thick

Cornbread Stuffing

1/2 cup whole kernel corn

1 small onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

1 tbsp. brown sugar, packed

1 tsp. spicy brown mustard


Mix stuffing, soup, corn, onion and celery together. Spoon into greased 9 inch pie plate. Place pork chops onto of mixture. Mix sugar and mustard together and spoon over chops. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until done.
