Baked Honey Chicken
- 4 chicken pieces, skinned
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard (or Dijon)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- Place chicken pieces in foil-lined shallow baking pan.
- Combine butter, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder; mix well. Pour over chicken.
- Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350° for 1-1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes until chicken is tender.
- Remove cover for last few minutes of cooking.
