Baked Ham Balls

Ingredients

1 lb. ground ham

3/4 lb. sausage

3/4 lb. ground beef

2 c. finely ground bread or cracker crumbs

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 c. milk

 

Mix all ingredients together and form

into 1 inch balls. Place in greased

baking dish and cover with sauce made

of:

1/2 c. water

1/2 c. vinegar

1 c. brown sugar

1 tsp. dry mustard

 

Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees

basting occasionally with sauce.
