Baked Chuck Roast
1 envelope Beefy Onion Soup
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
Preheat oven to 350.
Place roast in roasting pan with lid. Sprinkle onion soup on top of roast. Spread mushroom soup on top of that. Add vegetables that you like. Cover and bake 25 minutes per lb. or until to your desired doneness.
This you about 5-10 minutes in the kitchen and then you are done. It makes it’s own gravy. Not very much work for a lot of satisfaction.
