Artichoke Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 Cup grated Italian Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 Cup olive oil
  1. Wash and drain artichoke hearts
  2. Mix all ingredients together and chill for 1 hour
  3. Shape into balls and roll in Parmesan cheese
  4. Serve at room temperature
