Artichoke and Bacon Spread
- 1 (14-oz.) can artichoke hearts, drain, chop
- 4 pieces bacon, crisp fry & crumble
- 1 Tblsp. minced onion
- 1 Tblsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tblsp. sour cream
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- In bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Cover & chill for several hours or overnight.
