Artichoke and Bacon Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 (14-oz.) can artichoke hearts, drain, chop
  • 4 pieces bacon, crisp fry & crumble
  • 1 Tblsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tblsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tblsp. sour cream
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste
  1. In bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  2. Cover & chill for several hours or overnight.
