Apple Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts of chicken stock
  • 3 green apples, peeled, and chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 10 carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream or milk
  1. In chicken stock, cook apples, onions and carrots about one hour or until tender.
  2. In food processor or blender, process until smooth. Add cream or milk and serve hot

Note: Great over broiled fish as a sauce.
