- 2 quarts of chicken stock
- 3 green apples, peeled, and chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 10 carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream or milk
- In chicken stock, cook apples, onions and carrots about one hour or until tender.
- In food processor or blender, process until smooth. Add cream or milk and serve hot
Note: Great over broiled fish as a sauce.
