Apple Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pastry shell
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk (Eagle Brand)
  • 1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 21-oz. can apple pie filling
  1. Preheat oven to 375º F
  2. Bake pastry shell 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in small mixer bowl, beat sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, juice concentrate, egg, vanilla & cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Pour into prepared pastry shell; bake 30 minutes or until set.
  5. Cool.
  6. Top with pie filling.
  7. Serve warm or chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.
