Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 6 cups granny smith apples, peeled & cut into wedges
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  1. Put apple wedges in a glass baking dish & drizzle lemon juice over the apples & stir to coat well.
  2. Blend together flour, sugar, oatmeal, butter, cinnamon & nutmeg until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples.
  3. Cover with wax paper & microwave on high 10-12 minutes rotating twice. Cool.
