Appetizer Beer Balls
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 cup Catsup
- 1 cup beer
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- Make meat into size of small walnuts.
- Brown well, and drain off all grease.
- Mix all other ingredients, and bring to a boil.
- Add balls to sauce, reduce heat and simmer for two hours.
- Keep hot in chafing dish or crock pot.
