Anthes Bean Salad
1 large can (40 oz.) light red kidney beans, drained
3 ribs celery, minced
1 small onion, minced
2 c. chopped sweet pickles (do not use pickle relish)
Combine the beans, celery, onion and pickles. Season to taste with salt. (I always omit it.) Add enough Miracle Whip to moisten the salad ingredients. Chill.
