Alicia’s Super Chili Dip
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened.
1 15 oz. canned chili without beans.
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese.
Spread cream cheese evenly in bottom of glass pie plate. Spread chili over cream cheese. Cover chili with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees, or until heated through and cheese is fully melted. Serve warm with “scoop type” tortilla chips. Unbelievably good – and so easy for a snack!
