7-up cake
Ingredients
3 stick of REAL butter
salted or unsalted
3 cups of sugar
2 tbsp lemon extract
5 eggs
6 oz 7UP
3 cups of flour
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar
until light and fluffy
Add lemon extract
Add eggs one at a time
Alternate 1 cup flour with 3oz 7up
Making sure that you end with the last cup of flour
Grease and flour a tube pan or use Baker’s Joy
350 degree oven
1 hr and 10-20 minutes when the top of the cake looks done
DO NOT UNDERCOOK-1hr 15 minutes is minimum time
you might even want to set the temp just a smidge less than 350
