6 Week Bran Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 Box 10-oz. Post Raisin Bran
  • 1 cup Crisco oil
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 quart buttermilk
  • 5 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 5 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  1. Mix raisin bran, sugar, flour salt & soda in a large bowl. Add eggs, oil, and buttermilk.
  2. Mix and store in refrigerator
  3. Fill greased or lined paper muffin tins 2/3 cups full. Bake 20 minutes in 400-degree oven.
