- 8 ounces cream cheese — softened
- 14-1/2 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch
- Beat cream cheese in small mixer bowl until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk. Beat until smooth
- Add lime juice. Blend slowly until thickened, about 1 minute.
- Pour into pie shell. Chill 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until firm.
