5-Minute Pie

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese — softened
  • 14-1/2 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch
  1. Beat cream cheese in small mixer bowl until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk. Beat until smooth
  2. Add lime juice. Blend slowly until thickened, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour into pie shell. Chill 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until firm.
