5-Minute Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1-1/3 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 container (8oz) whipped toppping, thawed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
  1. Beat sugar and milk into the cream cheese until smooth
  2. Fold in coconut. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla
  3. Spoon into a pie rust and freeze until firm, about 4 hours
  4. Let stand at room temperature at least 15 minutes before cutting
  5. Garnish with toasted coconut if you desire
  6. Store any leftover pie in freezer
