5 Hour Oxtail Stew

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Whole Oxtails
  • 1-1/2 cups small or cut potatoes
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • seasoned salt to taste
  • 1 T. min. tapioca
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1 med. can V-8
  • 1-2 t. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-1/2 t. garlic (minced)
  1. Layer in covered baking dish
  2. Bake at 250º for 5 hours.
